1. Shipping Coverage & Rates
We offer delivery services to all major cities and rural areas across Pakistan. Shipping is Free for all orders above Rs. 5000. For orders below Rs. 5000, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 will be automatically added to your bill during checkout.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
All stitched ready-to-wear orders are processed within 24 hours of verification. Major metropolitan cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad) enjoy delivery within 3 to 5 business days. Rural districts and remote areas may take up to 5 to 7 business days.
3. 7-Day Size Exchange Guarantee
If your stitched dress does not fit perfectly, we offer a 7-day hassle-free exchange policy. The article must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact. Please contact our support team on WhatsApp to coordinate the exchange process.
4. Damaged or Wrong Item Claims
We perform rigorous double-pass quality checks on every velvet and georgette suit. In the rare event that you receive a damaged article or the wrong stitched size, please send us video/photo proof of the packaging on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship a replacement package to you immediately without any additional delivery costs.
