Once your order is verified and dispatched from our Karachi warehouse, you will receive an automatic confirmation text containing your unique Order ID (e.g., BS-10025) along with a tracking number from our courier partner (TCS, Leopards, or Call Courier).
To get instant, live updates on your delivery location and driver coordination, simply tap our WhatsApp Chat button in the bottom corner of the site or send your Order ID to our helpline number (+92 300 1234567). Our support agent will provide your courier status instantly.
Alternatively, copy the tracking code sent in your SMS, visit the designated courier partner website, and paste it into their online tracking bar to see the parcel transit route.
Note: Custom stitched/heavy embroidered orders take an additional 2 days for quality inspection before dispatch.
