Q: Are the garments stitched or unstitched?
All collections shown on BinShakeel Garments are premium ready-to-wear stitched outfits. We do not offer unstitched fabrics.
Q: How do I select my perfect size?
We offer standard stitched sizes: Small, Medium, Large, and Extra Large. You can find our detailed width, chest, and length size dimensions chart directly on every product detail page before selecting your size.
Q: What payment options do you support?
We support Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. In addition, you can choose to pay securely using JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Direct Bank Transfer during checkout.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after booking?
Yes. You can modify your shipping address, sizing selection, or cancel the order within 12 hours of booking by contacting us on our WhatsApp helpline. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or redirected.
Q: Do you offer custom measurements or colors?
Currently, we only retail the specific sizes (S, M, L, XL) and designs showcased in our official collections. Customized measurements are not supported at the moment.
